So tonight it is hard to avoid another cooking pic, although I thought I would at least change the tone of the photo for something different.
I am half way through making cannelloni. I have made the spinach and ricotta mix and it is in the fridge cooling down. I am about to start my least favorite part, filling the cannelloni tubes. I use a bakers quality piping bag without any piping fitting on the end. I find this is the easiest and least messy way of doing it. I really don't mind so much as it is one of the boys favorites and I know it is appreciated.
Do you make a tomato sauce?
