For anyone who is following my friend Tania's photo blog Three Hundred & sixty five photos this photo will probably feel like deja vu. This is the cake (well not the exact cake) that Tania made for my birthday a few weeks back which she photographed and put in her photo blog. It was delicious! Yesterday my husband's parents visited for morning tea so I whipped up this cake (mine has cherries instead of raspberries) & it was delicious as well and enjoyed by everyone! I could not resist a photo. Thanks Tania for a great recipe!

Day 18 déjà vu . .

It looks good! Cherries are a good idea. Are they morello cherries? Maybe I should make this cake again instead of driving around and getting fined.
